These terms and conditions govern your use of the Pro Clear Solutions website and services. By requesting a quote or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Pro Clear Solutions provides house clearance, probate clearance, and man & van services in Colchester, Essex, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and a confirmed booking.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes materially from the original description. We reserve the right to revise a quote upon inspection.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge to cover travel and preparation costs. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

4. Liability

Pro Clear Solutions carries appropriate public liability insurance. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to property or items that were not brought to our attention before work commenced.

5. Disposal & Recycling

We aim to rehome, donate, or recycle up to 90% of cleared items. Remaining waste is disposed of legally and responsibly. We are a licensed waste carrier.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
